The General Secretariat
The General Secretariat is administered by a General Secretary appointed by decree taken by the Council of Ministers on the proposal of the Minister concerned. He supervises and coordinates the activities of the administrative and financial department, programs, drives and animates the technical departments of the ministry under his authority and ensures the continuity of administration at the level of the ministry.
The general secretariat is made up of an administrative and financial department, and a secretariat. The general secretary coordinates the activities of the technical departments.
The Organization
The Ministry of National Education, Teaching, Research and the Arts is the Comorian administration responsible for preparing and implementing government policy in the fields of Education, Teaching, Research, the Arts, four sub-sectors which it is responsible for managing. It is directed by, his Excellency Djaanfar Salim Allaoui.
To develop and implement its policy, the Ministry of National Education is assisted:
