Djaanfar Salim Allaoui

Born June 25, 1962 in Mutsamudu (Anjouan) Comoros.

Education and training

1983: Baccalaureate A4 in the Comoros with honors.

1983: contractual French teacher at Hombo College for a period of one year.

1984: obtains a higher scholarship from the Kingdom of Morocco where he takes a competitive exam to be admitted to the National School of Public Administration (E.N.A.P) for a 4-year training cycle and as an option, he chooses International Relations.

After the E.N.A.P of Rabat (Morocco), he is admitted on title to the Customs Training Center of CASABLANCA, cycle of Inspectors Verifiers.

1990: Agent of the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Comorian Customs.

1991: advanced course in France at the National Customs School in NEUILLY, theme of the course: Office control method.

1993: specialization refresher course at the Customs brigade school in La Rochelle with the theme of the course: Customs surveillance,

1996, he was again admitted to an internship at the National Customs School of NEUILLY to pass the diploma of Principal Customs Inspectors (P.I.).

Professional career

End of 1996: He was assigned to Anjouan at the Mutsamudu Customs Center as Customs Receiver.

1998: He was appointed Deputy Managing Director of SOCOPOTRAM

1999: He is appointed Commissioner at the level of the Public Safety Committee after the clashes between the localities of Mutsamudu and Mirontsy

1999-2001: In charge of the talks for the signing of the Fomboni agreement

January 2002: Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Union of Transition (G.U.N.T) at Union level.

July 2002: Minister of Decentralized Cooperation

2003-2008: Minister of the Interior
